Role Overview

The Senior Event Production Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end production process of events — from ideation to execution. This role requires a strong mix of operational excellence and hands-on technical expertise. You will work closely with the creative and client servicing teams to bring event concepts to life, ensuring every production detail meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Event Planning & Execution

o Manage the full production lifecycle for events.Translate creative briefs into actionable production plans, timelines, and budgets.

o Conduct venue assessments, feasibility checks, and technical walkthroughs.

•⁠ ⁠Vendor & Partner Management

o Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors (fabricators, AV teams, New Age Technology teams, set designers, etc.).

o Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all production elements.

•⁠ ⁠Budgeting & Cost Control

o Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage production budgets efficiently.

o Track expenses and ensure financial accountability for each project.

•⁠ ⁠Team Coordination

o Lead and manage on-ground production teams and crews during setup and execution.

o Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, client servicing, logistics) to ensure seamless communication.

•⁠ ⁠Quality & Safety Compliance

o Oversee event safety measures, risk assessments, and government permissions.

o Ensure adherence to brand standards and event compliance requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Post-Event Management

o Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare production reports.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of event production, stage design, lighting, sound, and technical setups.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent project management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

•⁠ ⁠Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and large on ground teams.

•⁠ ⁠Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

•⁠ ⁠Creative thinker with a passion for experiential storytelling.

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and event planning software.

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 7-8 years of experience in event production, preferably within an agency of similar calibre. 

•⁠ ⁠Experience managing large-scale events and multi-city events is a must.

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Remuneration: 

Better than industry Standards.
