Event Production Manager

As an Event Production Manager located in Mohali, Punjab, you will be responsible for overseeing event logistics, ensuring smooth execution, coordinating with vendors and clients, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve effective communication with stakeholders, on-site operations, and upholding high standards of quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed event operation plans, timelines, and run sheets. - Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, AV setup, signage, and security. - Work closely with the warehouse team to align event objectives and deliverables. - Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with venues and event partners. - Ensure all vendors comply with safety, legal, and company standards. - Prepare and manage event budgets, including forecasting and cost control. - Track expenses to ensure events stay within approved budgets. - Recruit and supervise temporary event promoters, hostesses & other related manpower. - Provide clear direction and ensure effective communication among team members. - Conduct debriefs and performance evaluations post-event. - Oversee all event-day operations, including setup, live execution, and breakdown. - Manage troubleshooting and ensure smooth event flow. - Uphold brand standards and ensure an exceptional guest experience. - Conduct post-event analysis, collect feedback, and prepare event reports. - Identify areas for improvement to enhance future event performance. Qualifications Required: - Experience with MS Office tools: 2 years (Preferred) - Experience in event production: 2 years (Required) This is a full-time position that requires the ability to commute or relocate to Mohali, Punjab. The role also involves willingness to travel up to 50%.,
