About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Event Planner to oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events including corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, conferences, and internal company events.
  • Understand client requirements and develop event concepts, budgets, timelines, and execution plans.
  • Coordinate with vendors such as production teams, decorators, audiovisual technicians, caterers, and logistics teams.
  • Conduct venue research, site visits, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery.
  • Prepare event proposals, presentations, floor plans, and schedules.
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects stay within approved limits.
  • Oversee event setup, on-ground operations, and event flow to ensure smooth execution.
  • Handle client communication, provide updates, and address any concerns proactively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, production, and accounts) for seamless coordination.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports with insights and learnings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, permits, and event regulations when applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Mass Media, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in event planning or coordination (preferably in corporate or agency environment).
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creativity in concept development, event themes, and client proposals.
  • Hands-on experience with vendor management and on-ground event execution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
