The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production processes, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and delivering high-quality outputs within defined timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of event and exhibition production requirements. Collaborate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Handle vendor negotiations, material procurement, fabrication, logistics, and on-site installations . Conduct site visits and supervise the setup and dismantling of exhibitions, booths, and event structures. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, quality standards, and safety regulations . Prepare and maintain production schedules, budgets, and reports . Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges to deliver flawless execution. Support creative and design teams with production feasibility and technical inputs. Maintain strong industry knowledge on new materials, fabrication techniques, and technologies. Requirements Graduate in Event Management, Production, or related fields (preferred). 2–5 years of proven experience in events, exhibitions, or production houses .
