Position Overview

Production Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the

  planning, coordination, and execution

  of event and exhibition production requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Handle

  vendor negotiations, material procurement, fabrication, logistics, and on-site installations

  .
• Conduct site visits and supervise the setup and dismantling of exhibitions, booths, and event structures.
• Ensure compliance with

  brand guidelines, quality standards, and safety regulations

  .
• Prepare and maintain

  production schedules, budgets, and reports

  .
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges to deliver flawless execution.
• Support creative and design teams with production feasibility and technical inputs.
• Maintain strong industry knowledge on new materials, fabrication techniques, and technologies.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in

  Event Management, Production, or related fields

  (preferred).
• 2–5 years of proven experience in

  events, exhibitions, or production houses

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  event fabrication, stall design execution, stage production, lighting, and AV equipment

  .
• Excellent

  project management, organizational, and communication skills

  .
• Ability to

  multitask and work under tight deadlines

  .
