We own and operate a fully electric fleet and are on a mission to redefine urban transportation with cleaner, smarter, and more efficient mobility. 🎯 Role Overview: We are looking for a Fleet Operations Manager to take charge of our end-to-end EV fleet operations , including driver management, vehicle maintenance, charging cycle planning, route efficiency, and daily MIS reporting . This is a critical and multi-functional role in a startup environment requiring on-ground presence , hands-on management , and tech-savviness . 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: 🔧 Fleet & Maintenance Management: Oversee daily operations of EV fleet Monitor vehicle uptime, breakdowns, service schedules, and AMC Plan and execute preventive & corrective maintenance with workshops Ensure timely insurance renewals, RC documentation, and compliance 👥 Driver Coordination & Management: Daily briefing, shift assignment, route planning Handle grievances, absenteeism, and discipline Train drivers on EV operation, safety, customer etiquette Ensure daily inspection checklist completion and vehicle cleanliness 🔋 EV-Specific Operations: Monitor charging schedules (fast + slow charging) Manage EV station rotation, charging queue, and downtime optimization Track battery health and mileage analytics 📊 MIS & Reporting: Maintain and analyze daily operational reports (KM run, idle time, earnings, etc.) Track driver productivity and fuel (charging) efficiency Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards for management Use Excel/Google Sheets or fleet software for reporting 📞 Customer Experience & Coordination: Coordinate with customer support for trip-related issues Resolve complaints quickly and professionally Maintain NPS standards by ensuring on-time, clean, and safe rides 📦 Resource & Inventory Handling: Maintain inventory of EV chargers, spare parts, tools, and safety kits Ensure availability of key operational items (e.g., Tyres, tools, sanitization kits) 📋 Compliance & Safety: Ensure vehicle compliance with local transport regulations Keep driver licenses, police verifications, and IDs updated Implement safety protocols, emergency SOPs, and accident handling measures ✅ Must-Have Skills: Strong understanding of electric vehicle operations & basic EV tech Mechanical knowledge for preventive maintenance Hands-on with Excel / Google Sheets for daily MIS Good people management and communication skills Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability Fluent in Hindi + basic English 🚀 Preferred Skills: Prior experience in fleet operations/transport/logistics Worked with EV-based companies or aggregators (Ola, BluSmart, etc.) Knowledge of fleet management software / telematics Basic understanding of charging infrastructure 💼 What You’ll Get: Opportunity to work with one of India’s most promising EV startups Fast-paced growth and leadership potential Equity/ESOP opportunity for the right candidate (optional & Conditional) Be a key player in transforming India’s green mobility landscape 💰 Salary & Perks: Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentives Travel/phone allowance Uniforms, official phone, and operational support tools 📩 How to Apply: Send your CV to [your email] with subject: “Application for Fleet Operations Manager – Ezekeb” Mail On: hr@ezekeb.com Show more Show less
