We are seeking a dynamic and motivated ERP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding business processes, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end ERP operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of customer requirements and business processes to identify suitable ERP modules.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling and tailored proposals that address customer needs and showcase the value of our ERP services.
  • Sales Execution: Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer success.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new developments in ERP solutions to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Freshers are welcome; Proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT or ERP services sector will be good to have.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
