Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Qualification: -

·       Knowledge of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)

·       Developing and implementing ESG/EHS strategies, policies, and frameworks

·       Monitoring and reporting on ESG performance

·       Experience with implementing EHS management system including ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001)

·       Expert in Aspect & Impact

·       Evaluate hazards for safety, health, and environmental risks and ensure the development of Job Hazard Analyses for defined tasks. Expert of HIRA

·       Compliance reporting for all environmental, health and safety activities.

·       Proactively Perform EHS audits and implement audit recommendations.

·       Investigating Accidents

·       Plan-Promote a Zero Injury Safety Culture: Provide leadership and coaching to grow the site leadership team, plant operations, plant safety committee, and EHS direct reports, to create a workplace free of recognized hazards, promote safe work behaviors, and foster a lean safety culture that keeps the safety of employees a business value.

·       EHS record keeping and documentation control.

·       Provide daily guidance and direction in EHS programs for managers, supervisors and employees to ensure a common and effective approach.

·       Ensure timely investigation of environmental, health and safety incidents, root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective action plans.

• Development of pollution and waste control programs.
