Environment, Health and Safety Manager

As an experienced HSE Manager, you will be responsible for leading Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives for our upcoming 6 Lac SQFT State-of-the-Art Private IT Park in East Pune. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a safety-first culture within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct safety audits to identify potential hazards and risks - Deliver employee training programs to promote awareness and adherence to HSE policies - Monitor HSE performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement - Develop and enforce HSE policies in alignment with regulatory standards **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering - 12+ years of experience in commercial/office space development - Strong background in developing and enforcing HSE policies - International exposure and certifications in OSHAS and NEBOSH are highly preferred If you are a candidate with solid knowledge of HSE regulations, excellent project management skills, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office, we encourage you to apply.
