We’re hiring an experienced EHS professional for a key leadership role at a specialty chemical plant in Dahej. Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain EHS management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Conduct and oversee HIRA, HAZOP, PSM, MOC, and PSSR activities.
• Drive a strong safety and compliance culture through training and awareness.
• Ensure compliance with GPCB/CPCB regulations on emissions, effluent, and hazardous waste.
• Conduct incident investigations, audits, and risk assessments.
• Oversee emergency preparedness, firefighting systems, and site safety drills.
• Engage with cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Safety Engineering (Safety diploma preferred).
• 7–10 years’ EHS experience in chemical manufacturing.

Required Skills

• Strong exposure to hydrogenation, chlorination, bromination, cyanation, and reduction processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
