About the Role

Enterprise Sales Specialist


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    new business acquisition

    in assigned region (Bangalore / Mumbai).
  • Identify, target, and onboard

    large enterprise customers

    across industries.
  • Develop and execute

    sales strategies

    for CPaaS solutions (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, Video, APIs, etc.).
  • Build a strong

    pipeline of opportunities

    through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Conduct

    client presentations, demos, and solution discussions

    with CXOs and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet/exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure

    smooth onboarding & client success

    .
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM.


Key Requirements

  • Minimum

    4 years of experience in CPaaS / SaaS / Telecom enterprise sales

    .
  • Strong

    hunter mindset

    with a track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
  • Good understanding of CPaaS ecosystem – SMS, Voice, WhatsApp Business, APIs, RCS and enterprise communication solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage with

    CXO-level stakeholders

    and build long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in teams.
