e’re hiring on behalf of our client — a leading HealthTech manufacturer specializing in orthotic solutions.

This role offers the chance to be part of an innovative organization transforming patient care through cutting-edge orthotic technology. As a Business Development Manager

, you will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth by building strategic relationships with healthcare decision-makers.Role & Responsibilities
  • Drive new enterprise revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing large hospital, rehab centre, and institutional accounts for orthotics product lines.
  • Manage full sales cycle for strategic accounts: needs analysis, clinical demos, solution design, pricing, negotiation, and contract close.
  • Engage clinical stakeholders (orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, clinicians) and procurement teams to secure product adoption and long-term contracts.
  • Prepare and lead responses to tenders, RFPs, and vendor evaluations; customise proposals to meet clinical and budgetary requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with product, clinical training, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation, onboarding, and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce; meet or exceed quarterly revenue and account expansion targets.
