Job Description

Libromi is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager – IT


You will lead the full sales cycle — from consultative discovery and solution mapping to closing large-scale SaaS deals — while collaborating with internal technical teams to ensure smooth solution delivery and long-term client success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and engage enterprise clients across key industries (retail, travel, F&B, BFSI, government, and more).

  • Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles: lead generation, consultative selling, proposal drafting, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and expand strategic partnerships with CXOs, IT leaders, and digital transformation heads.
  • Solution Consultation & Presentations

  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to enterprise needs.

  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design automation strategies using WhatsApp Cloud API, AI chatbots, and integrations.
  • Articulate ROI and business outcomes clearly to enterprise stakeholders.
  • Revenue Growth & Account Management

  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets with high-value SaaS deals ($10K+ ARR and above).

  • Develop long-term client relationships and ensure strong renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring continuous adoption and expansion of Libromi’s platform.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years in enterprise sales within IT, SaaS, or automation solutions.
  • Proven track record of closing large B2B enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, APIs, cloud platforms, and digital transformation projects.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate enterprise business challenges into technical solutions.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
