Sales & Implementation Support Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound leads to understand their business needs and explain how Libromi can help.
• Provide product demonstrations and onboarding assistance to new customers.
• Support the implementation of our automation tools and chatbot builder with basic configuration or training.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the technical team to ensure smooth integration (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, API-based tools).
• Follow up on prospects, nurture relationships, and assist the sales team in closing deals.
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and support records in the CRM.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support during onboarding and usage phases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in

  Computer Science

  Engineering

  Business Administration (MBA)

• Fluent English

  – spoken and written.
• Good understanding of

  basic tech concepts

  (web, APIs, integrations).
• Familiarity with CRMs, SaaS platforms, or marketing tools is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• Hands-on understanding of APIs or workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Pabbly, Make).
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API, Shopify, or chatbot tools.
• Previous experience in tech sales or SaaS onboarding.
