Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Support at Libromi located in Chalakkudy. What You’ll Do: Engage inbound leads and present product demos of Libromi’s WhatsApp automation and chatbot builder Explain marketing automation features to potential customers using real-life use cases Assist clients with onboarding, chatbot setup, and automation implementation Provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with the product team to share customer feedback and improve features What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and presentation skills Bonus: API knowledge, chatbot tools, or CRM integration experience Show more Show less
