Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Support at our Ahmedabad location. The IT Help Desk Support will be responsible for providing customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, managing network administration tasks, and ensuring network security. Day-to-day tasks will include addressing user queries, resolving hardware and software problems, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The role requires effective communication with team members and users to provide timely and efficient support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Network Administration and managing IT infrastructure.
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Knowledge of Network Security protocols and practices.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Proficiency in Information Technology principles and practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications or degree in Information Technology or related field.

Experience:

1-2 Year Maximum

Salary Criteria- 15k-20k per month.
