Enterprise Sales Manager

As a Manager Sales for our client in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for driving SaaS-based B2B sales within the Retail industry. Your role will involve leading a regional sales team, setting revenue targets, and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders such as CMOs, CTOs, CIOs, and Founders. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from generating leads to closing deals. - Lead, supervise, and guide a regional team of Sales Managers. - Achieve or surpass individual and team revenue goals. - Cultivate strong relationships at the CXO level and engage in strategic sales activities. - Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns tailored to specific territories. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure alignment of solutions. - Utilize CRM tools like Zoho for tracking pipeline and performance. - Maintain a deep understanding of the product and industry to customize value propositions effectively. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech sales. - Proven track record of scaling business within the retail industry. - Experience in managing sales teams and achieving collective targets. - Familiarity with the retail sector. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
