ERP Specialist - Master Data Administrator

The ERP Specialist - Master Data Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the ERP system, specifically focusing on the creation and maintenance of item master data for projects. The role requires effective collaboration with the design team to create new item codes and ensure seamless integration and accuracy within the ERP system. The position aims to support the overall efficiency and accuracy of inventory and warehousing operations through robust ERP data management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Item Master Management:

o Create ERP codes and input data into the item master for projects.

o Maintain and update the item master list in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

2. Coordination with Design Team:

o Collaborate with the design team to create and validate new item codes.

o Ensure timely and efficient communication to address any discrepancies or requirements.

3. System Maintenance:

o Support the overall maintenance of the ERP system, focusing on data accuracy and compliance.

o Identify and resolve ERP-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

o Generate regular reports on item master updates and ERP system activities.

o Document processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

KRAs and KPIs:

1. ERP Code Creation:

o KPI: Timely and accurate creation of ERP item codes for all project needs.

2. Item Master Accuracy:

o KPI: Maintain 100% accuracy in the item master list within the ERP system.

3. Coordination Efficiency:

o KPI: Effective collaboration with the design team to create new item codes with minimal delays.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any stream.

· Experience: 7+ years of experience in similar job roles, preferably in the aluminium or manufacturing industry.
