Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP Consultant to implement, customize, and optimize Enterprise Resource Planning solutions for our organization/clients. The ERP Consultant will analyze business requirements, design system workflows, configure modules, and provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of ERP systems.

Work with stakeholders to analyze business processes, needs, and requirements for ERP solutions.
Design, configure, and implement ERP modules (such as Finance, HR, Operations, CRM, etc.).
Customize ERP solutions to meet specific client or business requirements.
Conduct gap analysis between existing processes and ERP system functionalities.
Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
Collaborate with developers, IT, and business teams for ERP integration with other systems.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth system adoption.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Monitor and ensure ERP system security, compliance, and upgrades.
Advise management on best practices and future ERP strategy.
Proven experience as an ERP Consultant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or Odoo.
Understanding of business workflows in finance, HR, supply chain, or manufacturing.
Proficiency in SQL, system configuration, and ERP customization.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
