Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant

You will be joining our team as an ERP Implementation Consultant (Frappe) where you will be responsible for implementing ERP systems based on Frappe/ERPNext for our clients. Your role will involve understanding client requirements, translating business processes into system workflows, customizing modules, providing training to end-users, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring successful project execution. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and help businesses optimize their operations through effective ERP solutions. Your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end implementation of ERPNext (Frappe Framework) for clients from various industries, conducting requirement gathering sessions, customizing modules such as Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc., providing training and support to end-users, coordinating with development teams for customizations and integrations, testing new features, managing project timelines and deliverables, and maintaining documentation for all configurations and customizations. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, along with proven experience in ERP implementation, preferably with ERPNext/Frappe Framework. You should have a solid understanding of business processes across different domains, hands-on experience with Frappe customizations, scripting, and basic Python knowledge, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,
