Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant

As an ERP Consultant, your role involves the following responsibilities: - **Business Requirements Analysis:** You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying gaps, and developing solutions. - **System Implementation:** Your tasks will include implementing and configuring ERP systems, which includes setup, customization, and testing. - **System Integration:** You will be integrating ERP with other systems, applications, and third-party tools. - **Data Migration:** Planning and executing data migration from legacy systems to ERP will be a crucial part of your role. - **Testing and Quality Assurance:** Developing and executing testing plans to ensure system functionality and quality is another key responsibility. - **Training and Support:** Providing training and support to end-users on ERP system usage and functionality. - **Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:** Identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing timely support to users. - **Process Optimization:** Analyzing business processes and recommending improvements to optimize system performance. - **Documentation:** Creating and maintaining documentation, including system configurations, user manuals, and training materials. - **Change Management:** Managing organizational change to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems. - **System Upgrades and Maintenance:** Planning and executing system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities. **Qualifications Required:** - **Experience:** A minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP consulting, support, and implementation. - **Industry Experience:** Experience working in Retail industries is preferred. - **ERP System Knowledge:** Strong knowledge of ERP modules is essential. - **Technical Skills:** Good understanding of API Integration and Database Table/Field is required. - **Business Process Knowledge:** Understanding of business processes and operations is necessary. - **Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze business problems and identify solutions. - **Communication Skills:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important for this role.
