House of Anita Dongre is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Manager having strong understanding on QA processes in Women's Ethnic wear. Industry : Fashion/ Apparel Brand : Global Desi Responsibilities: Heading a team of 5-6 QA executives across India (Noida, Jaipur & Mumbai) and spearheading the function of quality and technical. Systematic planning of inspection & technical activity. Incumbent will be actively involved in sourcing of fabric & garment at a competitive price. Manage the responsibility of sourcing and development & factory evaluation to meet the required quality standards. Reporting the observations, analysis to the top management & concerned. Resolving technical issues, quality issue providing suggestions & training to vendors Skills : Strong understanding & knowledge of fabric & patterns Thorough technical knowledge of control quality and processes Must have experience in Women's Ethnic wear. Qualifications: Overall Experience: Minimum 7-9 years of relevant experience. Industry Experience: Apparel/ Fashion Industry Educational Qualification: Graduate Behavioral Skills Required: Team handling skills, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills Required: Thorough technical knowledge of control quality and processes, good understanding of fabrics and fabric sourcing.
