Experience - 14-25 Years

Location - Kochi

Skills -Enterprise Architect, TOGAF, Any EA Tool, APR, IT Strategy, Application Assessment, Any Cloud, Java or .NET, Solution Design, Strategic and Analytical Skill.

Ent erprise Architecture consultants to create overarching enterprise architecture solutions to meet Client’s Business requirements. Enterprise architect will be directly responsible for –

• Translating Enterprise domain and portfolio strategies into current and future state architecture roadmaps and blueprints
• Anchoring key customers by providing architecture and design solutions for business and technical problems
• Conducting functional/technical workshops and trainings as and when required
• Researching and assessing new technology
• Participating in Enterprise governance and enterprise initiatives and activities
• Hands-on experience on at least one Enterprise Architecture tool from Vendors such as Software AG, Mega (Hopex)
• Ability to do customization and generate reports from EA tool

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or equivalent, 6+ years of engineering/development experience and 1-2+ years of Architecture consulting experience. MBA’s will be added advantage.
• Delivered multiple consulting engagements in Enterprise Architecture Domain
• Experience and/or Certifications in formal architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is preferred
• Understanding of Operating Plans, Financials and Cost/Benefit analysis.
• Proven team building, negotiation, influencing skills and relationship management are essential.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, passionate, enthusiastic and “CAN-DO” attitude.
• Strong presentation and communications skills to make both strategic and tactical recommendations and effectively communicate with Senior and Executive Management and service partners
• Experience with mentoring non architecture teams, motivating and leading by example

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive expertise in Enterprise Architecting with proven application in real-world enterprise environments.
• Proficient knowledge of architecture tools and techniques necessary to model, analyze, and communicate complex architectures.
• Strong understanding of enterprise governance frameworks and the ability to implement and monitor architectural compliance.
• Experience working within large-scale IT environments and managing cross-functional architecture initiatives.
• Demonstrable ability to engage senior leadership and influence decision-making processes.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
