Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect to join our Mumbai / Bangalore / Chennai team and lead strategic architecture initiatives for our banking clients across retail banking, investment banking, lending, and wholesale business domains. The role demands deep expertise in banking operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital transformation, along with the ability to design future-ready enterprise technology ecosystems. The Enterprise Architect will partner with business and technology stakeholders to create scalable, secure, and compliant architectures that accelerate innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

·      Define enterprise architecture strategies and frameworks aligned with diverse banking business lines and regulatory standards.

·      Translate retail, investment, lending, and wholesale banking processes into scalable, resilient, and secure technology solutions.

·      Design reference architectures for digital banking platforms, payments, lending systems, risk engines, and investment platforms.

·      Drive modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, AI/ML integration, and enterprise data platforms.

·      Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, Basel III, MiFID II, and other applicable global and regional regulations.

·      Develop roadmaps for legacy core banking modernization and integration of emerging fintech solutions.

·      Collaborate across business, solution, and technology teams to maintain architecture coherence and agility.

·      Establish governance, standards, and best practices for solution delivery in banking environments.

·      Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen domain expertise across multiple banking verticals.
