We are looking for a skilled Go Programming Tech Lead with strong experience in Microsoft Azure and a solid background in Banking or Insurance domains. You will lead the backend engineering of secure, scalable microservices for mission-critical financial platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in building scalable, enterprise-grade applications within the financial services, along with strong experience in Azure cloud services. Key Responsibilities Lead backend development using GoLang and Azure-native services Design and deploy scalable microservices on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Build secure APIs and event-driven services with Azure Service Bus, API Management, and Functions Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align solutions with domain and cloud strategy Guide CI/CD automation with Azure DevOps and ensure code quality through reviews and mentoring Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with BFSI regulatory standards Required Skills and Qualifications 8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in GoLang Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Kubernetes (AKS) Experience building solutions for Banking or Insurance platforms Proficient in API development, microservices architecture, and secure coding Familiar with Azure DevOps, infrastructure-as-code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), and containerization Solid understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and data protection practices Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.
