Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our key enterprise clients. This role is focused on maximizing revenue through strategic account management, upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and long-term client retention. You will act as a trusted advisor to executives and decision-makers, ensuring our solutions continuously deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for enterprise accounts, addressing client needs, escalations, and business priorities.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Acquire and expand enterprise accounts to contribute directly to Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) growth .
  • Build and nurture C-level and senior stakeholder relationships , positioning our solutions as essential to their business success.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance check-ins with clients to measure ROI, strengthen partnerships, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Lead the implementation of new enterprise clients , including system setup, training, and ongoing engagement.
  • Monitor account health metrics and proactively address risks to ensure high retention and client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on product enhancements and market needs to support continuous improvement.
    Who We\u2019re Looking For
    • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, enterprise sales, or client success with a proven record of revenue growth.
    • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to position solutions to address client pain points.
    • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
    • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion .
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling value propositions.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.
    • Flexibility to work across time zones and willingness to travel as required.
    • Preferred: Experience in cloud technology, IT/ITeS, or enterprise SaaS industries.
