Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage key accounts for the company's enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute strategies to upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing clients, driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events.

Job Requirements :

  • 5-12 years of experience in large account management or strategic account management within IT services & consulting.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across various industries.
  • Strong understanding of farming practices related to agriculture sector; ability to apply this knowledge in a business context.
