Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing enterprise accounts, focusing on farming and upselling opportunities to enhance their cybersecurity posture. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their evolving needs, and deliver tailored solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement. - Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. - Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to address their evolving needs. - Collaborating with technical teams to provide customized solutions for client-specific requirements. - Developing and implementing account growth strategies to meet revenue targets. - Maintaining detailed records of account activities and customer interactions in CRM. - Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and cybersecurity threats to offer informed recommendations to clients. - Working closely with marketing and product teams to align on client needs and feedback. - Serving as a trusted advisor to clients and advocating for their needs within the organization. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. - 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry. - Proven success in farming existing accounts and driving revenue growth through upselling. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, services, and industry trends. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. Desired Skills: - Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and SOC & SIEM Tools. - Knowledge of tools such as Imperva, CyberArk, Zscaler, Palo Alto, Tenable, DLP, FIM, WAF, CyberArk, etc. This job opportunity provides you with a chance to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your expertise in account management and cybersecurity to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.,
