Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of large enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive account planning, relationship building, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and execute customized solutions for key accounts to drive revenue growth through upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, professional services) to deliver tailored offerings that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer pain points.

Job Requirements :

  • 5-12 years of experience in enterprise sales or strategic account management in IT services & consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across various functions (e.g., technical, commercial).
  • Strong understanding of farming practices related to large account management principles such as key account management, cross-selling/upselling techniques.
