Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Pearl Academy, Bengaluru . Compensation: CTC: Up to 10 Lakhs per annum Key Responsibilities: Proactively support on all HR related matters. Manage sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding of new joiners, aiding their assimilation into the new role. Listening to employee feedback and implementing strategies to enhance morale and job satisfaction. Serving as a mediator in resolving interpersonal conflicts or disputes. Implementing wellness programs to support the physical and mental well-being of faculty and staff. Recognizing and celebrating achievements, milestones, and contributions of faculty and staff. Implementing employee recognition programs to acknowledge exceptional performance and dedication. Offering personalized guidance and support for individual career development and growth. Proficiency with Digital Tools. Understanding of HR processes and activities within the organization. Providing information and interpretation to employees regarding the policies, procedures, and practices; handling employee grievances. Initiate employee engagement activities. Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Enhancement Ensure smooth daily operations and welcoming guest interactions. Promptly address guest concerns and feedback to enhance satisfaction. Develop initiatives that strengthen guest engagement and community interactions. Event Management and Execution Support campus operations in planning and executing events/activities. Promote and sustain the Pearl culture through community events and initiatives. Ensure events are well-coordinated, cost-effective and impactful. Collaboration and Reporting Work closely with operations, housekeeping, and other teams to foster community-driven activities. Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination. Prepare and share monthly reports on events, student/guest feedback, and actionable insights. Hostel Management Oversee supervision, coordination, and periodic audits of hostel operations. Ensure hygiene, safety, and comfort standards are consistently maintained. Address student concerns proactively and coordinate with vendors/service providers. Student Experience and Outcome Drive initiatives to enhance student satisfaction and engagement. Implement improvements based on insights to elevate the overall student experience. PURPOSE: The incumbents responsibility is to ensure volume and market share achievement through tactical visibility, relationship management with the key stakeholders, brand outreach within the TG, develop & inspire a competent talent pool and adhere to a strong monitoring and review process to achieve the budgeted number of leads, applications, and fresh admissions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Account Management/ Relationship building with Principals. Approaching Grade, A schools/colleges for student engagement activities Conduct events & activities in A grade institutes and capture leads Provides accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts. Data driven approach to plan the bouquet of activities across different accounts and cities, with clearly defined timelines and objective output as a goal. (events, seminars, workshops etc.) Organizes resources basis prioritization matrix built on market attractiveness and opportunity size Analyses data to set up processes and review parameters in a metric driven set-up Reviews control mechanism through weekly periodicity in a clearly defined objective template Co-ordinates with marketing to ensure sales briefcases reach each resource on time Expands the consultant’s network and increases output from the existing consultants Expands the school/college network and increases output from the existing school/college accounts Ensures a minimum number of field visits for self on a weekly basis. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in relevant field with at least 4-6years of relevant work experience. COMPETENCIES : Market Driven - Possesses deep knowledge of local market, community, business and student needs, demographics, industry forces, government and political forces, competition and perceptions regarding image/brand and educational quality Influential - Persuades and influences others without direct reliance on authority; communicates and negotiates effectively. Market Analysis - Has access to and uses data to understand what drives growth in various educational markets; uses data to enable academic leaders to adapt, develop strategies and programs that improve student learning and that align with changing needs. Education Sector Expertise - Possesses a deep understanding of the location's history of education, its institutions, as well as the current political, economic and social conditions and can anticipate trends for the future; Understands Pearl Academy’s Education Business model of academia and revenue generation.
