Key Result Areas

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT

• Website maintenance & development tasks - Managing content - Check, format, edit, and publish content on day-to-day basis, Regularly update and maintain website content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
• Monitor website performance & resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Analyse website analytics and user behaviour data to identify opportunities for enhancing user experience, engagement.
• Optimize the website's usability across different devices and platforms.
• Evaluate competitors' websites/microsites/landing pages
• Managing & working closely with Internal (Marketing, IT, Product, Sales) and External partners website management agency/partner to align strategies, plans & execution.
• Internal & External partners - Coordinate with developers, designers, and content creators to ensure the website meets the organization's requirements and brand guidelines.
• Crisis and Issues Management - Actively monitor and resolve potential issues related to the website on runtime
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting - Track and analyse key metrics, such as traffic, bounce rates, engagement levels etc.

Key Competencies

• 5+ years’ experience leading website management for universities/institutions similar to UPES
• Must have strong hands on experience in using Google Analytics and website tracking tools such as SimilarWeb
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze website metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Proven experience guiding creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion
• Practical knowledge of the creator ecosystem and platform metrics across Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter & You Tube.
• Must have understanding of Technical and Content SEO
• Preferred understanding of content optimization for AI search platforms/agents powered by LLMs such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity
• Preferred understanding of websitprogramminging languages such as Python, HTML/CSS etc.
• Proven experience in working on custom/standard Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate analyses into easily digestible stories for internal consumption
