Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Website Manager based in New Delhi. The Website Manager will oversee the website's daily operations and ensure its optimal functionality and performance. Responsibilities include managing web content, monitoring web analytics, creating and maintaining e-commerce solutions, and coordinating project timelines. The role also involves improving user experience through effective web design and maintaining a dynamic, engaging online presence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Web Analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize website operations.
• Proficiency in Content Management to ensure consistent updates and quality of website material.
• Effective Project Management skills to oversee various website-related initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Experience in E-Commerce operations to manage online transactions and increase website sales performance.
• Knowledge of Web Design principles to enhance the website's visual appeal and usability.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in working with CMS platforms and familiarity with SEO best practices is an asset.
