Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Website Manager based in our Gurugram office. The Website Manager will be responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and performance of company websites. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring website analytics, developing and managing content, coordinating with project teams, optimizing e-commerce platforms, and ensuring responsive and user-friendly web design. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement strategic updates and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Web Analytics and the ability to interpret data to guide performance improvements
• Proficiency in Content Management and ensuring timely updates on websites
• Experience in Project Management, ensuring projects stay on schedule and goals are met
• Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms and understanding of online transaction workflows
• Expertise in Web Design, including user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to evolving technological trends
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
