Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Website Manager based in Gurugram. The Website Manager will oversee the functionality, performance, and design of company websites, ensuring optimal user experience and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include implementing content management strategies, analyzing web traffic and performance metrics, coordinating with cross-functional teams for project management, and maintaining e-commerce platforms. The role requires a proactive approach to managing web updates and integrating innovative designs and applications as needed.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Web Analytics to monitor and optimize website performance
• Proficiency in Content Management and Web Design for maintaining cohesive branding and user experience
• Experience with Project Management to coordinate tasks, timelines, and team members
• Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms and tools for managing online transactions and catalogs
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in tech-based industries or platforms is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
