As an Intern at Pawptails, a fast-growing pet-care brand under the Pexpo umbrella, you will play an active role in building the brand from the ground up. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about e-commerce, pets, and brand development, and wants hands-on exposure across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities 1. Amazon Account Management • Assist in managing Pawptails’ Amazon Seller Central account. • Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, A+ content, images). • Monitor inventory, pricing, and category performance. • Track sales data and suggest improvements. 2. Review & Customer Interaction Handling • Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback. • Coordinate with customer support teams to address queries and concerns. • Analyse reviews to identify patterns, product issues, or improvement opportunities. 3. Factory Coordination & Operations • Liaise with the Pexpo factory team for order dispatches, packaging accuracy, and timely fulfilment. • Follow up on production timelines and shipment schedules. • Support in maintaining smooth supply chain workflow for Amazon orders. 4. Content & Basic Design Support • Assist in creating basic digital designs (social media posts, infographics, Amazon creatives). • Help conceptualize content ideas for Instagram, Amazon A+ modules, and brand storytelling. • Coordinate with the design team for edits and final outputs.
