Enterprise Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key enterprise accounts in the domain of

  data center technologies, servers, enterprise storage, and networking hardware

  .
• Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level stakeholders, IT Heads, and Infrastructure Leaders.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and execute strategies for

  cross-selling and upselling

  across the IT infrastructure portfolio.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client business objectives and IT architecture to position relevant solutions (e.g.,

  rack servers, SAN/NAS storage, switches, routers, HCI, backup and disaster recovery

  ).
• Coordinate with OEMs, channel partners, and internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations, RFP responses, and pricing discussions for large-scale infrastructure deals.
• Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain detailed account plans and CRM records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 4–10 years of experience in

  enterprise account management

  with a strong focus on

  data center and IT infrastructure solutions

  .
• Deep understanding of

  networking technologies (LAN/WAN, SDN), server platforms (blade/rack), enterprise storage (SAN/NAS/Object), and data center solutions

  .
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with

  OEMs, SI (System Integrators), or value-added resellers

  .
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as

  cloud-defined storage, edge computing, and hybrid cloud

  .
• Ability to handle

  long sales cycles and complex procurement processes
