Job Description

As a Corporate & Industry Partner Engagement Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with enterprise partners for internships, apprenticeships, and job placements. You will be tasked with identifying and onboarding new corporate partners seeking skilled student talent, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction with student performance and program structure. Gathering feedback from companies to enhance student training and curriculum alignment with industry needs will also be a key aspect of your role. In the realm of Student Mentorship & Support, you will guide students on career readiness, skill development, and industry expectations. Organizing corporate interactions, networking events, career fairs, and mentorship sessions will be part of your duties. Acting as a facilitator between students and hiring partners to ensure seamless onboarding and performance tracking, as well as addressing student concerns related to placements, industry exposure, and career growth, will be crucial aspects of your work. Internal Collaboration & Reporting will require close cooperation with the academics team to align training with corporate expectations. Collaborating with the marketing team to showcase student success stories and corporate testimonials will also be essential. Tracking and analyzing placement success rates, student performance, and employer feedback for continuous improvement will be part of your regular tasks. Providing periodic reports on student engagement, corporate partnerships, and hiring trends will also fall within your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should be passionate about career development, student success, and corporate relations. Excellent communication skills are crucial, as you will be engaging with both students and corporate leaders. Being a problem solver who can efficiently address concerns from students and hiring partners is key. A well-organized approach with a focus on data-driven relationship and placement management will be beneficial. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in corporate relations, career services, account management, or talent acquisition, preferably in EdTech, HR, or Higher Education sectors. A strong understanding of campus recruitment, internships, and talent development is required. Exceptional networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. Experience with CRM tools, placement tracking software, or HR tech platforms would be advantageous. In summary, this role requires a candidate with a blend of relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for student success and career development in a corporate setting.,
