Role Overview: As an Enterprise Account Manager for Cyber Security Services Sales, your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with enterprise-level clients. You will play a crucial role in our cybersecurity services sales efforts, aiding organizations in safeguarding their digital assets and sensitive information. Key Responsibilities: - Client Relationship Management: Establish and sustain strong, enduring client relationships at the executive and decision-maker levels within enterprise accounts. - Sales Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for cybersecurity services customized to address each client's specific needs and challenges. - Solution Expertise: Acquire a deep understanding of our cybersecurity services and stay updated on industry trends to effectively convey their value to clients. - Revenue Generation: Achieve and surpass sales targets, quotas, and revenue objectives through a consultative sales approach. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery and clear communication with clients. - Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, provide precise sales forecasts, and regularly update CRM systems. - Market Research: Stay abreast of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging threats in the cybersecurity sector. - Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, resulting in successful deals and new client partnerships. - Customer Satisfaction: Maintain client satisfaction during the sales and service delivery process, promptly addressing any concerns or issues. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (MBA is a plus) - 3 Years of Sales Experience for Cyber Security Solutions/Services - Proven track record in enterprise-level sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT services industry. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solutions. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
