What will you do?

Provide technical direction and leadership across engineering projects and initiativesLead end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of our core SaaS platformOwn engineering roadmaps, set technical goals, and translate product requirements into execution plansEnsure code quality with robust review processes, clean coding practices, and architectural best practicesMentor engineers, build a collaborative team culture, and grow technical leadership within the teamCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA, and DevOpsDrive excellence in CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture, and performance optimizationMaintain regular tracking of project delivery, timelines, and risksPromote a culture of continuous learning, ownership, and innovation

Skills & Competencies

8–12 years of experience in software engineering with 5+ years of hands-on development2+ years leading engineering teams or managing projects in a B2B SaaS environmentProficiency in modern tech stacks – TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node/Nest.jsExperience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and cloud infrastructure (AWS/OCI)Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Strong technical decision-making and people management skillsPrevious founder/founding team experience is a big plusYou thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are passionate about building great tech
