II. Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and provide direction to the

  application development team

  in support of business operations.
• Ensure adherence to

  software engineering best practices

  , coding standards, and

  quality assurance processes

• Collaborate with

  product management, UX/UI, and QA teams

  to align development activities with project goals and timelines.
• Direct the design and development of

  robust, scalable, and efficient web applications

  ensuring performance and usability.
• Ensure seamless

  integration of new software

  into company systems, meeting compliance and functional requirements.
• Participate in

  Agile methodologies

  including sprint planning, estimation, and progress tracking.
• Oversee preparation and maintenance of

  technical documentation

  for new and existing systems.
• Manage

  resource allocation, project planning, and risk management

  across software development initiatives.
• Provide guidance during

  code reviews, GitHub/Git branching, and Azure DevOps

  workflows.
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a

  collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented culture

  .

III. Years of Experience

• Minimum

  5+ years of experience leading technical engineering teams

  in software development.

IV. Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional)

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in

  Agile/Scrum, Project Management (PMP/Prince2), or Cloud Technologies

  are an advantage.

V. Skill Set Required

Must Have:

• Proven experience managing and mentoring

  software development teams

• Strong knowledge of

  and project planning.
• Familiarity with

  GitHub, Azure DevOps, code reviews, and branching strategies
