Engineering Manager

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a team of talented software engineers

Drive technical excellence, design, and architecture decisions

Collaborate with Product Managers to define and deliver roadmap features

Own sprint planning, delivery timelines, and release management

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability

Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, code quality, and performance

Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of software engineering experience

2+ years in a technical leadership or people management role

Solid understanding of modern architecture (microservices, cloud, DevOps)

Strong experience with [insert your tech stack – e.g., Node.js, Python, React, AWS, etc.]

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Experience with Agile/Scrum workflows
