Role Summary: As a Lead Business Analyst at Aurigo’s Research & Development Centre at Bangalore, you will lead a skilled team of Business Analysts and work closely with Engineering team to build enterprise solutions for North Americas' public agencies. Your functional competency, solution mindset, people management, project planning and execution skills are critical to strengthen and guide the team through professional growth and project success. If terminology like Contract execution, Azure DevOps, Critical path, Scope of work, Solution walkthrough, Product demo, Scrum Meetings, Agile delivery process, Customer presentations, solution analysis and design sessions feel home to you, this is the right role for you. With members of the Aurigo team and project stakeholders, you will execute the contractual scope, solution analysis and design, requirements validation and the implementation plan; conduct product/solution demos, assess risk, resolve issues and deliver the project using Aurigo’s implementation methodologies. Primary Responsibilities: • Serve as the main contact on project’s contractual scope of work during the project lifecycle • Engage subject matter experts, project managers and leadership throughout the adoption process • Clearly understand and communicate Aurigo Best Practices to the customer • Maintain regular communication with both the customer and internal teams while managing customer expectations • Grasp and clearly convey customer business objectives across project teams • Identifying the business needs of our customers and stakeholders in collaboration with the North Americas team • Single point of contact and bridge between the client, stakeholders, and the solution team • Sprint planning and execution with efficiency and quality • Collaboration with product management team on the required features from product team • Team management and mentoring • Inculcate processes to improve solution analysis and design (operational efficiency and quality) Responsible for career development of Business Analyst team members, including: • Identify and facilitate training for project team • Recruitment and monitor career development of the BA team • Goal setting, measurement and assessments • Cross project collaboration for improved productivity Desired Skills and Experience: • 10+ years of experience with at least 2 years in BA lead role • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with client-facing delivery of enterprise-scale web applications (or similar products) • Solid understanding of Microsoft technology and its application in enterprise environments • Ability to interact with and lead international teams • Understanding of software development processes and engagement methodologies • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills • Willingness to travel within North Americas up to 30%. • Should have experience in mentoring and coaching team members. • Excellent people management skills • Should demonstrate Initiative and drive • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills. • Must have good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. • Strong background in linear construction, infrastructure management or capital project planning is a plus • BE, Master’s degree (M.S./MBA) is a plus • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) will be an added advantage About Aurigo: We at Aurigo are revolutionizing how the world plans, builds, and manages infrastructure projects with masterworks, our industry-leading enterprise SaaS platform. Position Description: Lead a team and drive impactful marketing initiatives by optimizing messaging, refining audience segmentation, and enhancing technical execution. Leveraging data-driven insights, you will enhance the company’s reach within target accounts. As a marketing technology expert, you will advise the company on specific applications to implement to improve engagement with our prospects. Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage the operations team and ensure they meet all KPIs • Ensure the marketing database is built and maintained with the right accounts and individuals in our target markets • Improve upon and document marketing processes • Manage the marketing technology stack, research, and recommend additional technologies to improve lead generation and conversions • Report on and improve on the performance of different marketing channels • Work closely with other marketing team members to assess where technology and automation can be used to track top of funnel metrics • Provision licenses and troubleshoot marketing technology issues within marketing and sales departments • Optimize landing pages, calls-to-action, A-B email testing, and event registration processes to maximize the number of inbound inquiries • Drive marketing’s ABM strategy to help break into key accounts and support cross-sell initiatives to existing customers • Ensure marketing and inside sales teams are trained and able to use our marketing technology for maximum return on our investment • Produce KPI scorecard tracking Marketing and Sales performance • Create reports and dashboards as needed • Work closely with marketing management to ensure marketing qualified leads (MQLs) are routed to and followed up on by our inside sales team • Help manage vendor relationships and assist with renewal decision making Qualifications: • 8+ years of marketing operations/database management/business operations experience in the B2B software space • Experience working in a marketing automation platform – Pardot preferred • Experience working within a CRM – Salesforce preferred • Demonstrated ability to build compelling nurture campaigns to drive demand generation • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field • Excellent command of business writing and ability to own the production of outstanding email and digital content • High level of attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects to successful completion simultaneously • Highly knowledgeable about marketing automation tools and digital strategies for driving lead generation • Comfortable working in a high-growth environment with competing priorities among a globally dispersed team • Understanding of United States public sector and capital program markets highly preferred.
