Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of fullstack developers and DevOps engineers. Drive end-to-end software development lifecycle – from design and architecture to deployment and scaling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategy and deliver quality outcomes. Ensure high standards in code quality, testing, and system performance. Provide technical direction with hands-on contributions when needed. What We're Looking For: 12+ years of strong experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role. Proven expertise in Java, Fullstack Development (React/Angular, Node.js, etc.), and DevOps practices/tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). Exposure to AI/ML technologies and a passion to explore intelligent solutions. Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
