Overview:
Pioneers and drives change and efficiency across the entire spectrum of our endpoint environment. Expert in Intune and Jamf systems, with hands-on experience in scripting (PowerShell, Bash), integrating Microsoft Graph API, and building reports and dashboards using Azure Workbooks and Power BI.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain end-to-end ownership of the endpoint environment, including planning, designing, implementing, and managing the technology and processes.

Serve as a thought leader, offering expertise and insights in endpoint management, shaping strategic and operational decisions.

Drive change and efficiency, identifying potential improvements, recommending innovative solutions, and implementing new processes.

Collaborate closely with Network, System Administration, and Global Desktop teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Package, test, and deploy software applications to endpoints.

Implement and manage endpoint security policies, ensuring the protection and integrity of the organization's data.

Regularly update and patch endpoint devices according to an established patch management process, mitigating potential threats.

Actively research, recommend, and implement improvements to our existing infrastructure and processes.

Conduct root cause analyses on technical issues, using findings to inform long-term solutions and system enhancements.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all systems, processes, and solutions for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Demonstrated success as an IT Endpoint Engineer with a track record of driving change and fostering innovation.

Proven success managing and automating Windows and macOS environments using Intune, Jamf, PowerShell, Bash, and Microsoft Graph API.

Strong background in reporting and analytics using tools like Power BI and Azure Workbooks.

Experience in the patching process and vulnerability management.

Collaborates effectively across Network, System Administration, and Global Desktop teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

Proven ability to conduct and utilize root cause analysis.

Strong knowledge of systems, networking, and security software, as well as hardware and networking protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for articulating complex technical concepts effectively.

Demonstrated ability to take ownership of systems and projects, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.

ITIL, Microsoft, or other IT-related certifications preferred.

An innovative mindset, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Has a full understanding of industry practices and/or company policies and procedures.

Able to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data or situations requires evaluation of identifiable factors
