Good to have Basic ABAP Skills Provide routine support to business users and functional teams by resolving user Service Desk tickets and Requests in accordance with agreed upon SLAs. Assist with trouble shooting and data analysis Actively participate as a member of the IT team in activities that include communications, status meetings, Change management process and internal initiatives. Adhere to general IT processes, procedures and policies Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or Business discipline or equivalent work experience in a relevant data engineering area. Minimum of 4 years of experience working with enterprise data data warehouse and platforms, building and managing data lakes and using big data technologies. Proficient in Snowflake technology platform. Experience with solutioning on Snowflake infrastructure using services like Snowpart, Open Flow, Snowflake Notebooks, Snowsight and Dashboards. Prior experience in working with structured data in an ERP and data warehouse package such as SAP S4,SAP-ECC, Salesforce or SAP-BW. Knowledge and experience on non structured data, no-SQL and proficiency in Python is a plus. knowledge in operational and management reporting including data visualization and reporting technology such as Tableau. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong time management skills. Good problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
