Front End Developer, Angular

As an Engineer II in Application System Development at Shure, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications both independently and collaboratively within a team. Your primary focus will be to adhere to defined project priorities and schedules to ensure timely completion of assigned projects. It will be crucial for you to implement process improvements aimed at enhancing system quality and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining the quality and security of development tasks by following best design and development practices outlined in the project guidelines. You will be expected to work in alignment with agile methodologies and project management practices while actively participating in technical and project risk management activities, including mitigations. Collaboration with the team to address daily development tasks and challenges is essential, along with providing functional and technical support and guidance to junior developers. To excel in this role, you should possess hands-on expertise in Angular, GraphQL, RxJS, NgRx, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. A minimum of 4 years of development experience is required, along with proficiency in tools like git, Sourcetree, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, and SVN. Experience in UI development using Angular/Angular materials, GraphQL schemas, queries, mutations, and subscriptions is necessary. Additionally, a strong understanding of design patterns, application architecture, SOLID principles, and unit testing with Jasmine/Jest is essential. Your experience in developing interfaces with WebSockets and managing the full software development life cycle will be valuable. Proficiency in agile methodologies, mentoring junior team members, and effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction are key attributes for success in this role.
