As a Senior Application System Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications both independently and collaboratively within a team. It is crucial to align your work with defined project priorities and schedules to ensure timely completion of assigned projects. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing system quality and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining applications individually and in a team setting. - Ensuring the quality and security of assigned development tasks by following best design and development guidelines. - Adhering to project priorities and schedules to meet project deadlines. - Following agile methodologies and project management practices. - Assisting in technical and project risk management and participating in mitigation activities. - Collaborating with the team on daily development tasks and overcoming challenges. - Providing functional and technical support and guidance to junior developers. - Developing process improvements to enhance system quality and efficiency. - Attending project meetings, discussions, and sprint meetings. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Hands-on expertise with Angular, GraphQL, RxJS, NgRx, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Experience with Nx monorepos, Electron, and Node.js, including native addons. - Proficiency in using git and tools like Sourcetree, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, and SVN. - Experience in application UI development using AngularJS/Angular materials and knowledge of GraphQL schemas, queries, mutations, and subscriptions. - Strong understanding of design patterns, application architecture, SOLID principles, and unit testing with Jasmine/Jest. - Experience in developing interfaces with WebSockets and managing full software development life cycles. - Proficiency in executing projects using agile methodologies and mentoring junior team members. - Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders and geographically distributed teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude and a team player mentality. - Familiarity with IDEs like Visual Studio Code and experience in frameworks like NRWL.
