Roles and Responsibilities:

- Align to the Procurement strategy and ensures implementation of Procurement standards, regulations and guidelines.
- Contributes to overarching SCM/ Procurement programs and initiatives. - Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding reliable suppliers.- Supplier negotiation, Cost breakdown analysis & performance evaluation year over year and contracts alignment with sourcing strategy.- Market Research & Benchmarking, Analysing market trends, commodity pricing, and supplier landscape- Performing supplier comparison, benchmarking, analysing spend, price trends, and sourcing KPIs.- Coordinate with production, Quality, Projects and finance teams to align materials flow with project timelines and budget- Translate technical requirements into commercial actions- Takes care for effective risk management measures. - Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps- Focus on safety, cost management and business growth in all interactions and directives- Contributes to overarching SCM/ Procurement programs and initiatives which are related to KPIs. - Follows ERP systems (SAP, ARIBA) for material planning, purchase order management, and reporting.- Manage end-to-end material procurement, from supplier requisition to delivery and storage- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to streamline procurement and logistics- Monitor inventory levels and implement best practices for inventory control (JIT, Kanban, safety stock, etc.)- Manage cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciliation processes.- Analyze supply chain metrics and generate reports for management decision-making- Maintain master data in ERP systems (material master, BOMs, part numbers) and generate regular reports on material availability, inventory turns, shortages, and KPIs.
