Job Title: Engagement Marketing Location: Gurgaon Experience: 5-8 years About the Rol e We are looking for a highly motivated Engagement Marketing Manage r to build, execute, and optimize user journeys across the funnel—from lead generation to enrolment and post-enrolment engagement.The ideal candidate is data-driven and deeply understands lifecycle marketing strategies to drive conversions and improve user retention . Key Responsibilities 1. Funnel Strategy & Execution Own the end-to-end user lifecycle from lead capture to post-enrolment. Design and automate multichannel engagement journeys (WhatsApp, SMS, email, push notifications, in-app, etc.) to nurture leads and improve enrolments. Define segmentation logic and behavioral triggers for effective targeting. 2. Tool Management & Automation Build, monitor, and optimize journeys using WebEngage (or similar tools). Set up and manage campaigns, templates, and performance dashboards 3. Data & Performance Tracking Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and derive actionable insights. A/B test campaigns and optimize for performance regularly .4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to implement tracking Coordinate with Business teams to understand user feedback and pain point 5. Retention & Re-engagement Develop reactivation strategies for dormant leads and churned users. Design loyalty, referral, or milestone-based engagement plans post-enrolment Requirements 5-8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or user engagement roles. Strong expertise in using tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, etc. Deep understanding of funnel metrics, user segmentation, and behavioral triggers. Experience running multichannel campaigns with clear attribution logic. Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in using data tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
