Employee Relations Specialist

You are an enthusiastic Employee Engagement Specialist responsible for bringing initiatives to life, fostering connection, and elevating the employee experience across the organization. Your role involves planning meaningful activities, boosting team spirit, and creating real-time impact. You will lead the end-to-end design and updates of Amber by InFeedo journeys across onboarding, engagement, and exit stages. You will manage nomination-to-announcement cycles for Rewards & Recognition programs and long service awards to celebrate contributions meaningfully. Additionally, you will plan and execute cultural initiatives, contests, and flagship events to build connection and participation across locations. Your responsibilities also include planning and executing branch visits with Zonal HR to assess workplace experience, strengthen HR-business connect, and consolidate insights into actionable reports. You will be in charge of internal communication, managing the internal communication platform, and creating engaging campaigns, newsletters, digital mailers, and themed campaigns. Furthermore, you will execute wellness campaigns and drive DEI-led initiatives to build a healthy and inclusive culture. You will conduct regular annual surveys like GPTW, analyze results, draft the Culture Audit document, and ensure insights feed into continuous engagement planning. Your role involves tracking engagement metrics, reporting progress to management, and developing plans based on data and feedback received. You are required to have an MBA/PGDM with 5-8 years of experience in employee engagement or experience roles. Strong project management skills, event management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role. Additionally, knowledge of digital trends/tools in HR, collaboration abilities, and the capacity to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment are important qualifications.
